Cast of zinc or aluminum, with in-use paint .
Said to be from an Amusement Park in the San Francisco Bay area that closed and perhaps the only one known. The head has a fitting for connection to a water line or hose in the back. The head has holes in the eye, nose, and top of head for squirting water to startle visitors.
