Sold....This family grouping is by August Edouart, taken in Saratoga Springs, New York, September 5, 1843. Framed in a period birdseye maple frame with a gilt liner; also glazed on the back.  The sitters are identified on the front and back, in Edouart's hand: Richard and Mrs. Irvin, William, Miss Mary, and Miss Susan.
