Antique Caucasian rugs are known for their charming designs and bold use of color. This antique Shirvan rug, woven in the northeast Caucasus to the west of The Caspian Sea, features three latch hook medallions on a navy field. Stylized ancillary motifs decorate the navy field which is framed by a whimsical ivory border.
