Chinese Export Porcelain Imari Dishes, 18th Century,
The pair of Chinese Export shaped saucer dishes have a central roundel with a riverside scene with buildings by the water with ships in the background. In the foreground are two figures, one with a barrel-form fishing net. The border with alternating panels one with bamboo in gold and underglaze blue, the other with rouge de fer and gold, and a little blue of large fishing bird.
Dimensions: Diameter 9 1/2 inches x 2 inches high
Condition- no cracks or restoration but the borders with a few small frits and a chip.
