Great condition: original glass, original frame, original backboard.  Along with a delightful colorful folk art rendering of GW.  Note the Society of Cincinnati medallion that hangs just below his lapels!  These reverse paintings on glass have been misattributed for years.  They were done in Germany.  We have another example on this website with the title in German.
