Reference: Please see a very similar card table with identical inlay in the collection at Yale University pictured in The Work of Many Hands; Card Tables in Federal America 1790-1820, pages 146-147 and color image on page 109 as well as one at The National Gallery of Art in American Furniture from the Kaufman Collection, pages 176-177, by Michael Flanigan. A labeled Holmes Weaver pembroke table with the same patterns of inlaid urns, pendants, and tassels is in the Karolik Collection at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Also in this group of similarly inlaid pieces is the pembroke table in Bernard & S. Dean Levy, Inc. Catalog XIII, page 25.
